SHIPPING: Once items have been shipped out and in the hands of the carrier, we are no longer responsible. Please choose shipping option that best fits your needs. Order processing time (usually 1-2 business days) is not included in the shipping time. Delivery delays due to holidays and weather will not be in our control once item is shipped. Due to the high demands of these products, please do not place orders at the last minute to be sure items are received.

REFUNDS : NO REFUNDS! If for any reason there is a discrepancy with the item received, feel free to contact us by email and allow up to 24 hours for a response to resolve the issue.

EXCHANGES: All exchanges are based on sellers discretion. Items that have been tampered with (combed, cut, processed, seal broken, tags removed) cannot be exhanged. Items must be in original state as received. If unsatisfied, must be exchanged within 7 DAYS of receiving item.
